Fee Schedule
Fee schedule is applicable for positions in the Northeast only.
The physician fee schedule is expressly contingent on several prerequisites to assure quality healthcare delivery and regulatory compliance. Physicians must:
• Meet Credentialing requirements
• Be Board Certified
• Possess either pediatrics (peds) or regional experience
• Demonstrate the ability to cover CRNAs

• Have a minimum of 3 years of hospital-based experience
• Submit 3 letters of recommendation
